Mr. Alain KABEMBA P.Eng., PMP. MBA
A result driven Professional and Metallurgical Engineer, self-motivated and resourceful executive-operations with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency. Alain KABEMBA has been in the Mining and Chemical Industry over 20 years with experience which encompasses a solid technical expertise in process engineering, minerals beneficiation by flotation, DMS etc.., production and optimization, mineral processing, process design, business development and administration, operation management and due-diligence studies on major Gold, PGM, rare-earth metal, base metal and industrial minerals operation in Africa, America, Europe and Australia. Alain Kabemba formerly held key senior positions as Executive Project with SIMEKA (SIS), Contract Manager-Project Control with Eskom Power Station-Kusile Project, Head of Department (Process and Metallurgical Services) with Pella Resources Ltd, Group Technical Manager Global, with Bateman Engineering Technology / Tenova Mining and Minerals (Pty) Ltd, Metallurgical Manager: Flotation Technologies, with SGS Lakefield, Group Metallurgist with DESWIK Mining Consulting, Technical Superintendent Concentrator with Anglo American platinum. On an academic level he is a visiting senior lecturer in the school of chemical and metallurgical engineering, faculty of ngineering & the built environment at the university of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg/South Africa.

A Skilled all round professional and extractive metallurgical engineer with proven general management and plant operation experience in various plant operations spanning 19 years encompassing hands-on plant involvement, companywide re-engineering in copper and base metal industry (comminution, flotation, pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy).In addition to his plant operational experience, Steady has, over 21 years in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) with technical visits/attachments, design, and commissioning of plants in the following countries, Canada, Chile, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Peru, Russia, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.Steady has specialised EPCM skills in copper and cobalt hydrometallurgy covering more than 13 years, Platinum Group Metals (PGM)7 years, and at least 2 years or more in the following commodities: antimony, coal, gold, iron ore, industrial stone aggregates, nickel, uranium and zinc. He has held various positions from process engineer to his current level as Director-Process Engineering.Steady has peer reviewed various studies as a qualified person and has also reviewed a few technical papers in his field of expertise for an international readership. His other exceptional ability is attention to detail and maintenance of process design standards ensuring safety of plant operations and durability of the plant complying to international standards (greater than ten years) when the plant operates within acceptable maintenance schedule and regime.
Quentin MUSIBON MBA (MBA ), BscEng (Elec)
An all-around Professional and Electrical Engineer; Business minded, self-motivated and Problem solver with a proven ability to solve problem and add values to each project he undertakes. Quentin MUSIBON has been in the Electrical Engineering for over 10 years with experience in diverse roles ranging across Consultancy, Project Management, RF Systems Planning, System design and System optimization, business development and sales in many African countries.
Quentin Musibon has held several positions in his career such as RF Design and Optimization Manager at ZTE Corporation where he was responsible for the rolling out of the 2G and 3G network for Cell-C in Kwazulu Natal,Technical sales Manager at TEOCO Corporation covering the sub-Saharan African countries for business development activities ; Design Engineer and Technical lead for French speaking countries with CommScope Corporation.
Quentin Musibon holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Kwazulu Natal and he is a MBA graduate from the University of South Africa.
